01 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must not have been previously self-excluded from the d7999 Platform or any affiliated gaming service, unless that self-exclusion period has formally expired.

d7999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.

Age Verification Policy: During the account registration process, d7999 collects date of birth information. This information is cross-referenced against account activity patterns and payment method data. Where inconsistencies are detected, or where age cannot be confirmed to d7999's satisfaction, the Account will be suspended pending completion of formal KYC verification, which requires submission of a government-issued identity document.

03 Account Registration & Verification

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered Account on the d7999 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your Account details if any of this information changes. d7999 accepts no liability for delays in processing deposits, withdrawals, or support requests that arise from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by the User.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. d7999 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password for your Account and the activation of any available two-factor authentication features. You must:

Never share your Account login credentials with any third party, including family members and friends.
Immediately notify d7999 via [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
Not permit any third party to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals using your Account.

d7999 will not be liable for any losses you sustain as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. d7999 may temporarily lock an Account where suspicious activity is detected and will notify the registered Account holder accordingly.

KYC Verification Process

d7999 may at any time, and particularly before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, require Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. Accepted KYC documents include:

National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
Valid Bangladeshi passport
Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) driving licence
Recent utility bill or bank statement (for proof of address, dated within 3 months)

All KYC documents must be submitted as clear, unaltered digital images or scanned files. d7999 reserves the right to reject documents that appear altered, blurred, or otherwise suspicious, and to request additional verification where necessary.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits

d7999 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) only. All Account balances are maintained in BDT. Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-value deposits may trigger additional identity verification checks.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your d7999 Account within seconds of payment confirmation by the mobile financial service provider. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours. d7999 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.

Important: Only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. d7999 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered Account holder will be returned and the Account subjected to review.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 1–4 hours of request approval during BST business hours.
Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC, Islami, Sonali): Typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Visa / Mastercard: Typically processed within 3–5 business days, subject to card network processing times.

All withdrawal requests are subject to security review. Withdrawals requested from Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be held pending document submission. d7999 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity is detected. d7999 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard withdrawals.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

d7999 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback programmes, BPL cricket specials, Eid bonus packages, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant offer page at the time the offer is claimed, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

General Bonus Rules

Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Users only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
Unless the specific offer terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered in full before any withdrawal of real-money funds is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the offer terms.
Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute 10%–20%. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, use of arbitrage strategies, or coordinated betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in bonus forfeiture and Account suspension.
d7999 reserves the right to determine whether a particular betting strategy constitutes bonus abuse, applying reasonable judgement based on account activity data.

Bonus Funds vs. Real-Money Balance: When a User's Account holds both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, real-money funds are wagered first by default, unless the specific offer terms specify otherwise. d7999's account management system clearly separates real-money and bonus balances in the Account dashboard so Users can monitor both at all times.

06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a User of the d7999 Platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful online gaming entertainment. You accept personal responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account and undertake to comply with these Terms at all times.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the d7999 Platform:

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with d7999 support staff.
Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or similar anonymising technology with the intent to circumvent geographic restrictions, bonus eligibility rules, or security controls.
Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not intended for human players.
Engaging in collusion with other players on live dealer tables or multiplayer games in a manner that gives one or more parties an unfair advantage.
Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal game conditions. Any such winnings are void.
Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the d7999 Platform. d7999 is committed to anti-money laundering compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required.
Harassing, threatening, abusing, or using offensive language toward d7999 support staff or other platform users.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software, algorithm, or security feature of the d7999 Platform.
Placing bets on behalf of any third party using your Account, or accepting payment from a third party to place bets using your Account.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable. d7999 reserves the right to take legal action against Users whose prohibited conduct causes financial or reputational harm to the Platform.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the d7999 Platform — including but not limited to the d7999 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, written content, game graphics, audio, video, and software — is the exclusive property of d7999 or its licensed game provider partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

d7999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not include the right to:

Copy, reproduce, download, or redistribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent from d7999.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, d7999 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — in relation to the Platform, its availability, performance, accuracy, and fitness for any particular purpose. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

d7999 shall not be liable to you for any of the following, regardless of how they arise and whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise:

Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from Platform downtime, game errors, technical malfunctions, or network connectivity issues.
Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages of any kind.
Loss or corruption of Account data arising from circumstances beyond d7999's reasonable control.
Financial losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from Account suspension for Terms violations.
Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Where d7999's liability cannot be excluded by law, d7999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your d7999 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Platform Availability: While d7999 targets 99.9% platform uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service provider outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. d7999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via the Platform's notice system where practicable.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by d7999

d7999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
Reasonable belief that an Account is being operated by a person under 18 years of age.
Duplicate account detection — where a User is found to hold more than one Account, all associated accounts will be suspended.
Instruction from a competent authority, law enforcement body, or regulatory agency.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed Terms violation, d7999 may withhold some or all of the Account balance depending on the nature and severity of the violation. Any withheld funds will be applied first against any losses or costs incurred by d7999 as a result of the User's breach.

Closure by the User

You may request closure of your d7999 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before processing an Account closure request, d7999 will:

Confirm your identity to ensure the closure request is genuine.
Check for any pending withdrawal requests and process them according to standard timelines.
Notify you if any active bonus funds will be forfeited as a result of closure before the applicable wagering requirement is met.

Account closures take effect within 24–48 hours of a verified closure request. 10 Governing Law & Disputes

Step 3 — Final Decision: Where a dispute remains unresolved following the escalated review, d7999 will issue a final written decision. This decision represents d7999's definitive position on the matter.

d7999 is committed to handling all disputes fairly, transparently, and in good faith. The decision of d7999's senior disputes team shall be final and binding in respect of matters that fall entirely within the Platform's operational control, including but not limited to game outcome disputes, bonus eligibility determinations, and Account verification decisions.

Game Outcomes: All game outcomes on d7999 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems operated by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. d7999 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected game round will be declared void and any wager placed during that round returned to the User's Account balance.

Amendments to These Terms
